Every request your container answers that came from your own site counts, both tracking events and the loader script itself. Hits that do not come from your domain are not counted, and once you switch on bot filtering, the traffic it turns away stops counting too.
Once you pass your monthly limit, requests are turned away until the next billing period, unless additional usage is active on that container. You can also move up a plan at any time; an upgrade applies straight away and is prorated.
No. The free plan gives you one active container and 15,000 requests a month, with no card and no time limit. Add one when you are ready for more volume.
Some are. Better Loader and Preview Mode work on every plan, free included, on your one active container. Cookie Extender, bot filtering, the request proxy and Request Enricher come with every paid plan. Each plan card lists the ones it includes.
Yes. Past its limit a container keeps working, and each request over the limit is billed at the plan's rate, up to the maximum number of extra requests the plan allows. This switches on by itself with the container's first payment. You can turn it off in the container settings at any time, and renewing the plan does not switch it back on.
It loads GTM and the Google tag from a path on your own website through Google Tag Gateway, which you switch on in your own Cloudflare account or CDN, and the Google tag sends its Google Ads pings through it too. We give you a path blockers do not match and check that the gateway answers. With Better Loader, your snippet stays as it is. It comes with every paid plan.
